cooked and shredded Chicken 2 cups
Salt to taste
small sized Cucumber 2
Soya Sauce 1 tblsp
Seasame Seeds 3 tblsp
Red Chili 3
Vinegar 1 tblsp
crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
powdered Sugar 1 tsp
chopped Spring Onions 1 tblsp
chopped Ginger 1 tsp


1. Cut the cucumber into half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cut the cucumber into half.
2. Divide the halved cucumber into lengthwise pieces approximately 1 inch in thickness. keep aside.
3. Grind the red chillies in a blender along with the vinegar to a smooth paste. keep aside.
4. Prepare the bon bon sauce by mixing in a basin the sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt , soya sauce, ginger, sugar, red chilly paste, crushed pepper corns and the spring onions.
Mix thoroughly.
5. Arrange the chicken pieces in a bowl. surround with the cucumber pieces.
6. Pour the bon bon sauce on top of the chicken.
